Can exercise and diet play a part in helping to reduce cellulite?


Exercise and diet can help to rid cellulite. Layers of fat on the body can make cellulite look worse so slimming can improve the appearance of cellulite.

For the most part to combat cellulite, a diet needs to include fresh fruits/veggies, healthy fats (olive oil, salmon, flax seed, nuts) and lean proteins. Avoid "dead" processed foods - especially those containing white flour, sugar, and transfats. Exercise burns fat and also stimulates circulation which helps to detoxify the body. Drinking 2 liters or 8 glasses of water daily is very important for reducing cellulite.
